Abstract:

Development of a three-dimensional pharmacophore searching algorithm built
using the OEChem toolkit will be discussed.  The algorithm searches a
database of rigid, three-dimensional compound conformations (OMEGA).  Each
feature that is part of the pharmacophore can have a tolerance assigned to
it, or an overall tolerance for the pharmacophore can be used.
Capabilities of the algorithm will be discussed.  An example will be
presented comparing this method to a commercial method.
