Abstract:

StructureBrowser is a program which enables exploration
of shape space and ligand design using our inhouse structure
database. Using this, a bench chemist can use capabilities such as
ROCS shape comparisons and Szybki based docking without worrying
about the details. We have combined this with BREED an inhouse
program for generation for hybridized novel ligands. This makes
StructureBrowser a very idea generation tool for medicinal chemists.
