OpenEye site-licenses are perpetual. That is, they are purchased once and the software can continue to be used forever (or as long as there is hardware on which to run that version).

The purchase also includes the first year of maintenance - technical support, software updates and ports to new hardware platforms. After the first year, maintenance is entirely optional and can be purchased each year at 18% of the current list price.
