Annual Software Packages

The annual, per-user, software package includes: Brood, Eon, Filter, Fred, Omega, QuacPac, Rocs, Szybki, Vida, Lexichem Toolkit, and the OEChem Toolkit. The price of the annual package is currently $45,000.

The annual, per-research group, non-commercial, software package includes: Brood, Eon, Filter, Fred, Omega, QuacPac, Rocs, Szybki, Vida, Lexichem Toolkit and the OEChem Toolkit. The price of the non-commercial license package is currently $25,000.

Notes:

1. Price assumes the use of standard licensing terms. If you wish to negotiate terms, expect to negotiate price, and vice versa.
2. All transactions completed in U.S. Dollars except within Japan where they are handled in Japanese Yen. Japanese customers should contact their distributor for details.
3. Annual licenses are limited to a named user(s) or a named research group(s) (for the non-commercial package), but are otherwise unlimited usage (number of computers, platforms, processors, jobs).
4. Additional users or research groups may be licensed mid-term at that same rate, prorated appropriately for the months remaining in the annual term.
5. It is not possible to get individual products with an annual license (á la carte), only the entire package as specified above.
6. Package contents:
   • When we release new applications, they may be added to the listed software for the annual package and the price of the annual package could increase.
   • Any such price change will only affect existing annual license holders when they renew their license at the end of each annual term.
   • OpenEye may provide use of the new application software for the remainder of their annual term at no additional cost.
7. In most cases, commercial groups with more than a few modelers will find our perpetual, site-wide licenses more economical, especially if the purchase is spread over a couple years.
8. Our products are available at no charge to qualifying non-commercial researchers/groups.
