Site-Wide Licenses

Notes:

1. All toolkits require the OEChem Toolkit. There may be other dependencies in the toolkits not specified here.
2. Prices assume the use of standard licensing terms. If you wish to negotiate terms, expect to negotiate price, and vice versa.
3. All transactions completed in U.S. Dollars except within Japan where they are handled in Japanese Yen. Japanese customers should contact OpenEye Japan for details.
4. With the exception of VIDA and VIVANT, all prices are for a single site license, which allow unlimited usage for unlimited users at a given research site.
5. Maintenance (software updates and technical support) is 18% of list price per year. The first year of maintenance is included in the purchase price. After the first year maintenance is optional.
6. Multiple-site licenses are also available for most software. They cost significantly less than an equivalent number of single-site licenses.
7. Bundle discounts apply when several products are purchased simultaneously, and the rate of discount increases with the amount purchased.
8. It is possible to spread purchase payments over several years for a small premium. It typically offsets any bundle discount but is considered worth it, because all the software is licensed right away, as opposed to buying one piece of software each year for three years. Maintenance is mandatory for the term of any multi-year purchase.
9. Our products are available at no charge for qualifying non-commercial projects.
10. If you are the only modeler at your research site, you should consider annual licensing for our software.
11. Annual licensing is based on 35% of the perpetual price.
