The command line interface is similar to that of other OpenEye
applications. Normally, input and output file formats are implied
by filename extensions. Also, gzipped input and output are allowed
and implied by the ".gz" extension. Standard input and output
can be used by specifying only the file extension. Extensive
online help is available. The simplest way to get started is
just to type "babel" and follow the directions.
