7.2 flynn - coot interface

  1. MTZ columns are now handled much better.
  2. Added CHECK option to validate input to flynn. This generates an html file complete with ligand depiction.
  3. Added MMFF94s option to fit with planar aniline nitrogen geometries.
  4. Removed Difference map option. This is no longer needed.
  5. Interface now works with COOT 0.4.
