This manual assumes a knowledge of basic OEChem objects: molecules, atoms, and
bonds. The examples section is written in different programming
languages to illustrate the use of Spicoli in these languages. However,
the theory and reference sections use only C++ syntax so a basic
understanding of C++ will be helpful to the reader. Since OESpicoli
depends upon OEChem, current and future versions of OESpicoli will
require an OEChem license.
