Surfaces are infinitely thin three dimensional connected regions that represent objects such as molecular or accessible surfaces of molecules and proteins. Surfaces can be selected (or scribed), cropped, colored, and made transparent in part or in whole. The mechanisms to perform these tasks are available in the Surfaces page of the Style Window which can be see in Figure 5.15.
