To propose a talk or poster, submit here a title and abstract for consideration, and indicate your preference of talk or poster. Space for talks is limited; please submit early. Poster submittals may be considered for talks and vice-versa. Submitters will be contacted directly by EuroCUP organizers.

LODGING: The location of the meeting and official hotel is the Schlosshotel Lerbach, Lerbacher Weg, 51465 Bergisch Gladbach, Germany.
 
You do NOT need to book the hotel yourself. OpenEye will make the reservation for you with the information you will provide below. Payment will however be made directly to the hotel upon checkout ( except for the workshop that must be prepaid ), unless prior arrangement has been made with EuroCUP organizers.

  • What's included: Training registration fee (USD 1100), the 2 nights of Sun and Mon April 25-26 (145 euros per night), and all meals for the 2 days (105 euros per day).

 

Toolkit Session (0.5 day) OR arrival the day before the Main Sessions
