Omega2 running on more than one processor with Windows

Hi
I am a new user of OpenEye products and I am still learning how to work with them. So my question is, is it possible to run Omega2 on more than one processor with Windows? If yes, how?
Thank you for your help.

I will try it like this, if this is too much work, I will switch to Linux.
OpenEye software, including OMEGA, uses MPI and PVM to enable running jobs on multiple machines and processors. However, the version of MPI that we currently use does not support running OMEGA on multi-processors on Windows platforms. Until we can change the MPI version we use, and thus enable support for multi-processor jobs on Windows, the workaround on Windows is to split your input file into chunks. A separate OMEGA job can be run for each chunk on each processor. The chunks can then be merged into a single file. If you also license ROCS you might check out the 'chunker' and hlmerge' utilities for chunking and merging database files.
Other platforms, such as LINUX or OSX do currently support distributed processing for OMEGA.
