OpenEye sells software designed to be useful in drug discovery and drug optimization. OpenEye also provides the toolkits upon which these programs are developed. OpenEye sells these toolkits because its mission is to be useful to the drug discovery process, and we are happy if extensions are useful in contexts we are not addressing. Nevertheless, in recognition of the intense time pressure many research groups face today, OpenEye is able, for a fee, to help writing applications for a customer's particular need.

OpenEye develops custom code as follows:

• We anticipate that most projects will have an expected duration of less than three months.
• Custom code deliverables will be written in C, C++ or Python.
• Work will be performed at OpenEye facilities, with short (2-3 day) visits to the Customer for organization, deployment and support.
