Pat Walters, PhD, Computational Chemist, and author of the widely read Practical Cheminformatics blog has endorsed the OpenEye, Cadence Molecular Sciences Toolkits. Dr. Walters has been a drug hunter for over three decades and has successfully used our Toolkits for the past 25 years.
Dr. Walters said he is particularly pleased with the toolkits’ science, speed, and scalability. He continued to highlight the value to his work of OpenEye customer support, partnerships, and opportunities to integrate third-party software.
He also mentioned his recent publication of a method to search ultra-large databases that relied heavily on OEDocking TK and Shape TK.
