OMEGA v3.0.1 Released

OpenEye is pleased to announce the release of OMEGA v3.0.1. This upgrade fixes several bugs and adds a number of internal improvements.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • This version of OMEGA fixes an issue that caused a memory leak in the following OMEGA modes:
    • classic
    • dense
    • pose
    • rocs
    These OMEGA modes now properly handle very large molecular databases.
  • OMEGA classic now includes conformer titles when using -includeInput.

  • OMEGA macrocycle memory management has been improved for molecules requiring significant deduplication of automorphs.

AVAILABILITY

OMEGA is now available for download. Existing licenses will continue to work, but if a new license is required, please contact your account manager or email sales@eyesopen.com.
