OpenEye is pleased to announce the release of OMEGA v3.0.1. This upgrade fixes several bugs and adds a number of internal improvements.
HIGHLIGHTS
- This version of OMEGA fixes an issue that caused a memory leak in the following OMEGA modes:
- classic
- dense
- pose
- rocs

OMEGA classic now includes conformer titles when using -includeInput.

OMEGA macrocycle memory management has been improved for molecules requiring significant deduplication of automorphs.
AVAILABILITY
OMEGA is now available for download. Existing licenses will continue to work, but if a new license is required, please contact your account manager or email sales@eyesopen.com.
