The Cheminformatics suite of toolkits provides the core foundation upon which all of the OpenEye applications and remaining toolkits are built. The suite is a collection of eight individual yet interdependent toolkits listed below. Pricing is tiered based on the total number of users3. Please contact us for a quote.
The Modeling suite of toolkits provides the core functionality underlying OpenEye's defining principle that shape & electrostatics are the two fundamental descriptors determining intermolecular interactions. Many of the toolkits in the Modeling suite are directly associated with specific OpenEye applications and can, therefore be used to create new or extend existing functionality associated with those applications. In addition, the Modeling Suite contains all of the toolkits in the Cheminformatics suite as they provide the foundation for all OpenEye toolkits and applications. Pricing is tiered based on the total number of users2. Please contact us for a quote.
- The Academic Package is intended for small academic research groups (fewer than 10 members) that are primarily engaged in non-commercial research activities but are also interested in obtaining support and retaining IP rights to any data generated by the tools. Larger academic groups or groups with an obvious commercial focus (e.g. contract research, commercial partnerships, explicit drug discovery efforts, etc.) are not eligible for the Academic Package but may be eligible for the Core Lab or Commercial Packages. No cost licenses are available to academics at degree-granting institutions who are engaged in purely non-commercial research and/or teaching. Support is not included and results generated under these licenses are expected to be released into the public domain and not commercialized. Learn more.
- For the purpose of toolkit licensing, a user is defined as any individual that has access to the toolkits or any application, script, web service, etc. built using the toolkits. An individual does not have to be a software developer to be considered a user.
